Quotes do not hold or bind you in a commission slot agreement. They are just a price estimate on options and character design. A proper, clear, 2- 3 view concept artwork provided to get a more accurate quote is preferred, but it is not required, however, your quote may be subject to change. Prices are subject to change between commission periods.

​You must be over the age of 18 to enter this agreement with us. You understand you are ordering a hand made one of a kind costume made by an artist. Therefore, they may contain imperfections.
You have a 2 month grace period from the start date of your suit to change your character concept design, however it must be discussed and finalized before hand. Price may change. Once you have entered the 2 month grace period, your options are final. Fursuit type upgrades will be discussed on a case by case basis.

​PayPal and USD currency only. PayPal can convert other currencies.
A 30% deposit (NON-REFUNDABLE under ANY circumstances) is required to confirm your commission spot and to purchase materials. You can make any payments that can best fit your lifestyle and income, however, NOTHING is finished until the remaining balance is paid. If a strict payment plan is preferred, that can be arranged.

There is no refund on the initial 30% deposit. After the costume is completed there is no refund option. If commission is canceled during construction the refund will vary on how much progress and time was invested at my discretion. The costume will then be turned into a different character and sold as a premade to cover the remaining balance of the suit, any extra money may be returned to the commissioner. If commission is cancelled before work can begin, any payments made after the deposit will be returned; deposit will not be returned. We reserve the right to refuse and refund in full at our own choice.
 

​We send frequent progress pictures via Telegram or other social media platforms suggested by the commissioner. We will make any minor changes requested by commissioner at our own discretion, based on the complexity of the request. Any major changes will be charged. We will send for fur approval if there are options that need to be made. Common colors such as black, white, and elementary colors will not need approval. Please keep in mind, not all fur and fabric colors are available and we will try our best to match.

We will try our best to meet any deadlines given to us, however nothing is guaranteed unless a 30% rush fee is confirmed and paid. If you would like more information about estimated completion times, please see the queue HERE.

United States shipping will be through UPS or USPS If other delivery services are preferred by commissioner, we will go with that option.
International will be through United States Postal Service. This can arrive from 1 week to 3 weeks. This varies on your country’s customs regulations. We have no power on the package once it arrives in your country. Shipping cost is Not Included in quote, and will be required once suit is nearly finished!
If you have returned the costume for any reason(such as repairs) you are responsible for the return shipping.

You have a 60 day warranty for any initial issues we are at fault with after first receiving the costume. We will gladly fix those immediately. Such as popped seams, and glue coming loose. Please let us know immediately. Remember rough housing and high friction activities will be hard on your suit. Wear and tear is normal so remember it will not last forever. However if you want to find us at a convention we can sew any sort of small rips or glue loose pieces. Feel free to email or message us with any concerns.
Large repairs/ modifications are case by case projects. Please contact us with these concerns.
Any alterations to your costume that was not by us can void all future repairs.
Please make sure they are CLEAN before any sort of repairing.

If you properly made a DTD and sent in correct measurements it should be easy for us to make a costume fit for you. Please keep in mind we do make our hands and feet a universal size to best be proportional to our costumes. When making your dtd, use a painters suit and leave the zipper uncovered. Please tape up the DTD before shipping. We are not responsible for poor sizing if you provide a poor quality DTD or incorrect measurements.
 

You will be wearing a giant fuzzy animal costume. We are not responsible for any stumbling, falling, tripping, overheating, cuddling, snuggling, and hugging that may happen while in costume. You wear it at your own risk.
